Declaration – Bribery Act 2010
I confirm, on behalf of Pyro Fire Services Ltd, that we have complied with all applicable laws, statutes, regulations and codes relating to anti-bribery, anti-corruption, including but not limited to, the Bribery Act 2010 (the ‘Relevant Requirements’) and that we have adequate controls in place to comply with the Relevant Requirements.
I also confirm that if any of our directors, employees or agents were to be investigated, prosecuted or convicted of an offence contrary to the Bribery Act 2010, we will notify all clients of this fact at the earliest opportunity.
Declaration – Modern Slavery Act 2015
I confirm, on behalf of Pyro Fire Services Ltd, that the directors, employees and agents of this company have not been investigated, prosecuted or convicted in relation to an offence under the Modern Slavery Act 2015, and nor am I aware of any circumstances which would give rise to such an investigation of prosecution.
I also confirm that if any of our directors, employees or agents were to be investigated, prosecuted or convicted of an offence contrary to the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we will notify all clients of this fact at the earliest opportunity.
